ABOUT NJGSCA

The New Jersey Girls Soccer Coaches Association (NJGSCA) was established in 1989 by a group of ten dedicated Girls' Soccer Coaches. From these humble beginnings, membership has grown to over 130 Coaches who are committed to advancing Girls' Soccer.

The mission of the NJGSCA is to promote and strengthen development of Girls' High School Soccer in New Jersey. The organization serves to recognize deserving female soccer players throughout the state. Players are selected to various levels of NJGSCA All-State teams via voting by member coaches.

Since the inception of the NJGSCA we have recognized over 10,000 players on the state level. The NJGSCA, through its association with the United Soccer Coaches (USC), provides eligibility for Regional, All-American, and Academic honors. Additionally, many New Jersey high school coaches have garnered Regional & National Coach of the Year Honors and teams are eligible for USC Ethics, Academic Regional & National ranking.

The NJGSCA provides professional development opportunities for coaches through access to the extensive list of USC Diploma Courses, Publications & On-line Programs.
